In 2001, the shareholders of CATIC authorized the company to adopt a holding company method of operation. In addition to CATIC, the following subsidiaries are also members of the CATIC Financial, Inc. holding company: Eastern Attorneys Services, Inc., CATIC Exchange Solutions, Inc., and New Jersey Title Insurance Company. All of these subsidiaries share the same objective: to provide support and assistance to our members and agents in the operation of their real estate practices.
