Eastern Attorneys Services, Incorporated

Eastern Attorneys Services was established to provide support services to attorneys. To date, its principal activity has been to serve as a manager for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation (VATC). Under the terms of a management agreement with VATC, Eastern Attorneys Services manages the Corporation's title insurance agency in Vermont. These management services include the recruitment, hiring, training and retention of personnel. It also includes the provision of equipment and support services. Eastern Attorneys Services works with the VATC Board to provide needed support services to the Vermont bar consistent with VATC's bar-related^® mission. During Eastern Attorneys Services' management of its operations, VATC has become the leading title agent in Vermont. As a result of its success, it has been able to commit thousands of dollars to bar-related^® activities in Vermont.
